- Navy Blue Shimmer Spot ribbon, a pretty navy blue ribbon sprinkled with metallic gold dots by Berisfords. This spotty foil printed design is both chic and versatile. Use to add sparkle and glitz.

Dry clean or wash at 40 degrees. Tumble dry. Cool iron.
